DT, are you saying that you personally claim membership in the New Covenant and partake of the bread and wine?

Doubting Thomas:
You said on another thread:
The WTBS led me to the Truth (Bible), and I've embraced it!
How do you expect to survive the judgement after you die as described in Hebrews 9:27 while personally rejecting the blood covenant offered for the forgiveness of sins in Mt. 26: 27-28 ?
What exactly is the bible truth that you have embraced that you think saves you from judgment?

My Prediction Regarding New Space Telescope That Will See Back to 100 Million Years From the Big Bang
by Sea Breeze ina new space telescope launched a few days age that will supposedly be able to see to within 100 million years of the big bang.
wow... only 100 million years from the big bang.
that is pretty early given the 12 billion year age of the universe assigned by scholars who adhere to naturalism.

FFGhost,
A literal reading of Genesis states that the earth was created on day 1. Stars were not created until Day 4.
When I left the WT I unknowingly kept some of their teachings.... like billions of years. I have been investigating the liklihood of a literal creation week for a couple years now and have been pleasantly surprised by the findings.

This just in from Harvard:
Scientists at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) are claiming to have achieved faster-than-light transfer of quantum data. So, there are some possibility that we can achieve the speed higher than light. In this paper we are going to study the speed of the astronomical objects at the hypothetical edges of the Universe by 3 methods and we will show that the speed of celestial objects at the edges of the Universe could be greater than the speed of light.

@ Ana Mous
Basically what you and the WTBTS do is have a fixed conclusion and make the data fit accordingly.
Totally not true. The WT embraced billions of years long ago. This is your position.... not mine.
I am making predictions from a literal biblical point of view where God created the stars and galaxies IN ONE LITERAL 24 HR. DAY.Both models make predictions to see if they come true.... as I have done. This is the opposite of a "just-so story".
So far, the evidence seems more favorable to a young universe and not to a big bang hap-hazard billons and billions year old unguided explosion.According to the day two account of creation (Genesis 1:6–8), God made an expanse in the midst of the waters of the early earth to separate the waters below from the waters above. The day four account (Genesis 1:14–19) reveals that God placed the heavenly bodies in this expanse. This suggests that the universe has an edge and that water is at that edge (see also Psalms 148:4). Neither of these two ideas are welcome in deep-time cosmology.
Yet vast amounts of water have been recently detected at the edge of the universe. Will NASA find more water with WST?

@ Doubting Thomas. Are you going to share your faith with us regarding the questions I asked you above?
What kind of a believer doesn't want to share their faith when asked? Don't you want us to get life too? Here it is again:

Terminal Lucidity & the Nature of Consciousness
by Sea Breeze inno, this isn't about suddenly becoming aware of how much you hate airports.
it is about people with profound brain impairments like mental retardation, alzheimer's, stroke and dementia (often in a coma) suddenly becoming normal and lucid shortly before passing away.
this is important because the wt teaches that consciousness is a function of the physical brain.

JW's hang on to Ecclesiastes 9: 5 & 10 fanatically to support their materialistic view of consciousness..... even though Ecclesiastes is a philosophy book written from a specific perspective - the record of an intense search for meaning and satisfaction in life on the earth. The term “under the sun” is used 29 times just so no one would be dumb enough to misinterpret its point of view and make some sort of doctrine out of it. (OT or NT)
The point of the book is that a life lived without regard for God, is life lived without value. When life is viewed “under the sun,” it is declared to be empty. 1:9.
When life is viewed as a gift from God, (“Above the sun”), it takes on a new and special meaning. 2:24
The WT likes to pick and choose which verses to make a doctrine out of and which ones not to. For instance:
They don't adhere to 9: 4 where is says that "a living dog is better than a dead lion". They don't believe that literally. They openly teach the opposite, teaching that it is better to die faithful to the Watchtower policies than to die disobeying their dictates regarding the military or taking certain blood fractions.
Why didn't they craft a major doctrine around 10: 19 where is says, "money is the answer for everything"?
Noooooo, that might interfere with field circus. Can't have the brothers out trying to solve their problems with money, now can we? Nosiree, placing books and magazines for "free" is what is promoted.
When Ecclesiastes 9: 5 & 10 is read from the point of view it was intended, "under the sun", it makes sense in the way it was intended.
The WT selectively adopts a point of view that Solomon ultimately rejects!
And the uneducated lap it up, to their own demise. -

There are a number of cases reported where patients who were dying of malignant tumours that destroyed almost the entirety of the brain, confirmed by radiological investigations like CT scans and MRI, waking up and discussing their lives and imminent death, lucidly.

No, this isn't about suddenly becoming aware of how much you hate airports. It is about people with profound brain impairments like mental retardation, Alzheimer's, Stroke and Dementia (often in a coma) suddenly becoming normal and lucid shortly before passing away.
This is important because the WT teaches that consciousness is a function of the physical brain. How can this be when the brain is so impaired as to make consciousness impossible? We should re-visit ALL of what the WT taught us now that we are more aware than ever of their total depravity.Example:
"Kathy was among the most profoundly disabled of the patients at the asylum. Happich (her physician) paints a vivid picture of her mental status. “From birth on,” he writes, “she was seriously retarded. She had never learned to speak a single word. She stared for hours on a particular spot, then fidgeted for hours without a break. She gorged her food, fouled herself day and night, uttered an animal-like sound, and slept … never [taking] notice of her environment even for a second.” ....As if that weren’t enough, Käthe suffered several severe meningitis infections over the years that had damaged her cortical brain tissue.
Yet, despite all this, as the woman lay dying ...Wittneben, Happich, and other staff members at the facility gathered in astonishment at her bedside. “Käthe,” wrote Happich, “who had never spoken a single word, being entirely mentally disabled from birth on, sang dying songs to herself. Specifically, she sang over and over again, ‘Where does the soul find its home, its peace? Peace, peace, heavenly peace!’” For half an hour she sang. Her face, up to then so stultified, was transfigured and spiritualized. Then, she quietly passed away.”
The WT seems somewhat unique among religious groups to insist that there is no consciousness after death.
It's time to question yet another WT teaching. The nature of consciousness.
